Prestige is a domestic manufacturer of washers and small stampings since 1967.  All products have lot traceability back to the mill and are certified where necessary. All products conform to the Fastener Quality Act.  Prestige is QS and ISO 9002 Certified.

BELLEVILLE WASHERS...
are produced by billions annually at Prestige for screw and lockwasher assemblies.  Our quality control procedures ensure that these  products meet or exceed automotive safety requirements and ASTM specifications.

SPECIAL FLAT WASHERS...
are fabricated in all ferrous and nonferrous metals, up to six-inch O.D. USS, SAE and structural washers are made from domestically produced steel and meet the latest specifications and requirements for domestic products.   Pre-assembly flat washers are made to customer specifications.

SPECIAL WASHERS AND STAMPINGS...
can be made to virtually any configuration with assistance of Prestige application engineers. Our washers and stampings are typically used for all transportation and equipment industries as well as for hardware and structural applications.

DOMESTIC LOW CARBON U.S.S. WASHERS

Thes U.S.S. Washers are made from 100% domestic low carbon steel.  They are marked with the size and pattern. They are stocked in plain finish or zinc/clear ("Hex" free) plating for immediate shipment.

 These SAE Washers are made from 100% Domestic material. They are thoroughly  hardened to C-38-45.  Product is marked with the size and pattern and is fully traceable to the producing mill.   Parts are stocked in zinc and gold dichromate plating for immediate shipment.

Each product is certified as "melted and manufactured in the USA" and is fully traceable to the producing mill.  Parts are hardened to C-38-45 and are stocked in plain or mechanical galvanized (ASTM B695 Class 55) and Hot Dipped Galvanized (ASTM A-153 Class C)  finishes for immediate shipment.
